With this listing you are purchasing a DIGITAL DESIGN, therefore nothing physical will be shipped
HOW IT WORKS:

After you places your order, you will receive by email address a draft and just until you are satisfied and approve it, then we will send your final Custom Event Mock-up (Digital Design).
- During your checkout you will be ask to upload files / photo and add NOTES (this is the moment to include all details such as:
- Business Contact Information: Contact name, phone number, address, email address, social media, business name, etc. These information will be included in your Custom Price Menu.
- Select a Themed
- Colours for the to be use in your selected themed (please, if possible attached photos of the specific colour)
- Upload your business logo, its recommended in high resolution (if applicable)

Refunds will not be possible after we started to customize your order.
NOTES:
- Due to the nature of digital design, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS can be offered. We will, however, revise your custom balloon menu until you are satisfied with the result.
