RE-SIZE or EXTRA CHANGES FEE (Digital File)

Include:

• Resizing a previous approved design or,
• Modifications, adding extra elements to an Original Design or
• Solid Color

 RE-Size:

• You can have a different size of your previous digital design order (applies only for the same digital product)

Changes, adding elements:

• Yes, We can make all the changes you need. (This FEE applies only if we have finished your digital design including all the details you requested when you placed  your order, and then you need more changes, adding or eliminating elements, change wording, different colours, etc.)

Solid Color: 

• • You can have a solid color (digital design), Please specify what color and size you need. If possible attach an image with the specific color that you need. 

• You will receive a digital file via email in JPG and PDF in HD adjusted to the size in which you want to print your backdrop

NOTE:

• This is a DIGITAL PRODUCT ONLY
• This is NOT an INSTANT DOWNLOAD and NOT EDITABLE.
• Due to variations in monitors and viewing devices, the colours on your screen may vary from the actual file.

TURNAROUND Options:

• Regular Turnaround:    1-2 business days 

You will receive the digital draft design via email within 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS after payment has been received 

• Rush Turnaround:    Same day

You will receive the digital draft design via email the SAME DAY after payment has been received 

PRINTING INFORMATION

• Once you have received your files, download and save them on your PC

• You can then print your digital design using your home colour printer or at your local print shop. You may also upload the files to an online print shop.

PLEASE NOTE

• Colours may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product.
• Keep in mind that we can’t be responsible for printing errors or outcomes since we don’t have any control over the quality of the printers, ink and paper used

REFUNDS

• Due to the nature of digital files, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES and NO REFUNDS can be offered. We will, however, revise your backdrop until you are satisfied with the result.

HOW IT WORKS:

• After you places your order, you will receive a draft and just until you are satisfied and approve it, your custom design (digital file) will be sent to your email address

• You have free revisions until you're satisfied with the product

• During your checkout you will be ask to upload files / photo and add NOTES (this is the moment to include all details such as: wording, colours, etc you might want to customized your digital design), also you can send us images and contact us at info@handyandclassy.com
